Project: HeyRetail

HeyRetail was a project I undertook during my time at Valeco, collaborating with a colleague. It was a system tailored for sales representatives, particularly in the fashion and footwear industry, facilitating the introduction of new collections to their retailers. We created a virtual showroom that showcased all their products, enabling individual sales reps to present collections to customers and place orders seamlessly.
The data was updated from their ERP system via a nightly sync, ensuring that the information remained current and accurate.
Here's the showroom - built using Node.js and React. Once the customer made their selection, it would generate an order list for the sales rep, including customer information and other relevant details.
In addition to the showroom, we also developed an innovative in-store interactive display for a customer. This should enhance the retail experience by allowing customers to interact with product information, click and collect and realtime stock updates from their ERP.
